ACDIS Pin

I have a co-worker that was certified as CCDS in July. While the rest of us got pins, she has yet to get one. She has made numerous phone calls to ACDIS but they just keep saying they will send it.

Does anyone know who else she might be able to contact to get her pin?

    Maybe they ran out and are just having to have more made.

    I passed became certified in September , this year, and I received my pin in 3 weeks

    I became certified in June 2010 and have still not received my pin. I have contacted ACDIS 3 times to no avail.It also took 3 months after applying for the CCDS to get a reply. I had to go through Brian Murphy then. Thank you,
