If a pt is admitted with dx of GI bleed and also had anemia and was transfused, pt had serial H/H checks, does acute blood loss anemia diagnosis qualify as a CC resulting in DRG 378 GI bleed with CC or is the acute blood anemia bundled in the dx of GI bleed with final DRG 379?
