Problem List
Not sure how far I might want to take this particular project....
But am wondering, what ideas would you communicate to physicians on how to make sure their problem list is complete?
I am thinking about tips that are concrete & operational, such as:
*For every medication, what diagnosis are you treating & is that in the problem list?
*For every test ordered, what diagnosis are you addressing, seeking to rule in/out, condition that you are following...?
*What conditions does the patient have that are impacting your management of the acute problem?
Other thoughts?
