CMS educational tools

Hi,
This morning we listened to Monitor Mondays RAC audit regarding postoperative respiratory failure. Dr. Gold referred to CMS educational tools for Acute Respiratory Failure. Does anyone know where I could find these educational tools? I have searched the CMS website to no avail. Please help.....

    I think if you google CMS educational tools for Acute respiratory failure
    ... it should come up as the first sight listed

    I did that but only get the Medicare Quarterly Provider Compliance Newsletter which isn't an educational tool.

    That is what I use and they do reference it several times as "This
    educational tool ....."
    Ask Dr. Gold ....

    The Medicare Quarterly Provider Compliance Newsletter is a GREAT
    educational tool! It gives scenarios, findings, results which gives
    insight to the how RACs are working and thinking.
