    To whom it may concern:
    I tried to complete the survey, but it won't let me finish as it says I have not answered questions 4 and 7. Questions 4 and 7 say "if you answered yes to ...". I did not answer yes to these questions. This was a problem with another survey that was sent. If they insist on an answer then there needs to be an option for "did not answer yes to the previous question" or "NA"
