Multiple Myeloma

I am looking for query opportunities for our multiple myeloma reviews. Many have extended LOS without an MCC
Any suggestions

Pancytopenia due to chemotherapy is what I query for very often with my myeloma patients
  • Drug-induced pancytopenia (MCC) always common after use of High-Dose
    Interleukin II.

Pt with known metastatic melanoma often treated with HD-IL2 a known
adverse-effect is pancytopenia due to HD-L2.

  • Hi Tracey,

Any with recent chemotherapy? We look for pancytopenia which is a cc and then try to link to a drug such as chemo which would be an MCC. Recently had hep C on Ribaviran and MD agreed to pancytopenia drug-induced for an MCC! Hope this helps.
