Are there any programs reviewing NICU records and if so can you provide any feedback as to how you gained the physicians support to change their documentation practices. Our docs are very set in their ways and will document only certain ways e.g. symptomology-hypotension and hypoperfusion treated with pressors and fluids and they will not write shock even though they tell the Clin Doc nurse that is what it is..
