Productivity and rounding

We are in the process of establishing our productivity standards for our group and we are looking at the impact of rounding.
Our Specialist round daily on services, we have laptops that we take as well.
Does anyone else round daily and have established productivity standards? How did you factor that into forumula?

    Hey Tiffany! Don't know if you remember me, but you helped me out before I left UNC when I took my position here at ARMC. You and I should touch base sometime! My email is vdavis2@armc.com :) I think you have a great set up for rounding there... I miss rounding with MDU and MDH. At one time, we also wanted to implement rounding here at ARMC. Our hospital isn't really service based (as you know) so might be a little difficult for us. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much-Vicki
