RE: [chital] APR DRG (SOI/ROM)

In general, 'acute' organ deafens will move the ROM - the list is
proprietary and the vendor does not release the list of conditions
potentially affecting ROM/SOI in the APR-DRG system for this reason.
There are some oddball codes, such as hypotension and 412 (old MI) that
move the ROM/SOI.

Conversely, we can all find CC/MCC structure as MS-DRG system, by
mandate, is available for free as this is the mandated system we must
use for reimbursement.

However, to my knowledge, the vendor for APR-DRG does not make the list
available in the public domain.
