Mulit-organ Failure

Does anyone have a query that they use when they see the physician documenting the term multi-organ failure? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Tara,
    I ask the physicians to document which organs are failing and to include the chronicity (e.g. acute, chronic, acute on chronic, etc).

    Don't have a specific query but along with Cindy's suggestions I also ask for etiology or underlying cause of MOF.
