Reporting Form for Leadership
I would like to find some examples of meaningful yet relatively simple report forms to use for committees.in leadership.
The reports I run in 3M are full of information, most of which is meaningleaa to senior leadership in a facility that knows nothing about CDI. They are stuck on CMI. I'm trying to show the value of SOI/ROM as well and what we need to do to improve both of those.
