Provider Query in the Primary Care Setting

    We have just started our OP pilot program in 1 of our primary care clinics and we were wondering what method people are using to send your queries to the providers. We are on EPIC, but only have the query process set up for inpatient encounters. We are currently querying through the in-basket message, as that is what our providers had requested, but are wondering if there is a better way? Is there a way to query in EPIC for OP visits?
