Hello, I am wondering how others are handling SDOH coding? Our Social work notes ask the relevant questions as "within the last 12 months". Our coding leadership states that they cannot code the responses unless there is documentation that this is a current issue. (Homeless now not within last 12 months). How are you addressing at your organization?
