MCC/Secondary Code Benchmarks

Based on the Providence Health qui tam suit does anyone benchmark MCC/Secondary codes to identify whether or not they are outliers?   To some extent DRG outliers may be indicative of this, however since the MCC codes could be spread across several DRGs it is not a true indicator without looking at the specific codes.  If anyone is benchmarking their MCC codes it would be interesting to know what analytics tools and data are being used for this purpose.
