Clinical note
Hi,
I am a kind of new CDIS, capable of working independently now . I am wondering if every CDI program focuses most of the weight of the training on the clinical note? My trainers went to town with this clinical indicator note. I am just wondering if all other CDI programs even write any thing on this clinical indicator given space. The trainers were striving towards perfection in this note. They told me that when there is a CDI lead( we don not have one we a small army), lead evaluates each CDIS, just by checking on this clinical indicator note. Hmm????
