CDI- Commercial expansion

Our facility has previously only reviewed Medicare and Managed Medicare. We are moving to all payer CDI reviews- starting by adding one payer at a time. Wondering, aside from financial impact (pre and post CDI CMI), how are people measuring the effectiveness of all payer programs.
