Jaundice "due to or associated with"

Can we link newborn jaundice with prematurity?

The code indexes jaundice-> newborn-> and below it states "due to or associated with" with choices (premature birth being one of them).

If the term "with" means "associated with or due to"  (and we can make the automatic link), can we do the same with "due to or associated with" in the code book ?

Hope that makes sense! :)

The ICD-10-CM Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting states the following at Section I.A.15:

The word “with” should be interpreted to mean “associated with” or “due to” when it appears in a code title, the Alphabetic Index, or an instructional note in the Tabular List.

The word “with” in the Alphabetic Index is sequenced immediately following the main term, not in alphabetical order.
