Documentation rewards

We are looking to start a reward system of some sort for physicians that exhibit good documentation consistently.  Probably a once a month thing.  In my past experience we have used candy treats and certificates.  I am curious as to what types of thing others do to reward good documenters.  Please give me examples of what the reward is so I can expand ideas.  Thank you

    I would highlight them publicly- perhaps in newsletters, or on a board in the physician lounge etc. When you recognize an individual try to specifically state why that person won.

    also I have found some programs like this feel the need to identify a "winner" every month which will devalue the recognition. If you have no examples of good documentation- don't give the award that month.
