Reporting - Goals - Metrics

I am working with my Physician Advisor regarding goals, metrics and reporting. We have 3M 360 and can't seem to find a report to give us the information we want all together.  Can anyone share what they are reporting on and what you are using to get the data?  Thanks in advance.

    if you are looking to measure physician engagement simple measures such as provider query rates and response rates are helpful. If you can obtain information related to their observed to expected mortality rates, SOi/ROM, or CMI that might be helpful too.

    fully agree, record review rates is also important.

    I have worked with 3M 360 for quite a few years - would the executive report suffice?  there is also the query impact report and the CMI reports, in addition to the query information .
